A small Austin plumbing company built on an old-fashioned idea: show up when you said you would, explain the problem honestly, and charge what you wrote down.
Why “Lone Pipe”?
Every plumbing job comes down to one pipe that let you down: the split line in the attic, the cracked sewer under the yard, the corroded nipple on top of the water heater. Our job is to find that one pipe, fix it properly and leave the rest of your house alone. No upselling, no scare tactics, and no work you didn’t agree to.
How we work
- Written prices first. You see the full price before work starts. If we find something unexpected, we stop and ask.
- Real arrival windows. Two hours, with a text when we’re on the way. If we’re running late, you hear it from us.
- Clean job sites. Shoe covers, drop cloths, and old parts hauled away.
- Straight answers. If a repair isn’t worth it, we say so. If it can wait, we say that too.
